Concept test
I chose this assignment as my strongest one and the one I feel most proud of because I have taken this class during online lessons before. I was going through a hard time and decided to “sacrifice” this course in order to save the others, based on the fact that I did not feel I learnt much or put the effort into doing it. I did not understand much of the class and felt completely lost when it came to terminology, concepts, how they relate to each other, and overall all aspects of the course. This semester was a complete change for me. I was able to feel more responsible and participative during lessons, and I saw this reflected on my first test of the semester. I was surprised with myself to see that my weakest subject became one I enjoy and can understand and apply. I consider this a big improvement. Even if I did not get the best marks, I know I understand better these new concepts and how to incorporate them in my evaluations as a future teacher, which is really useful.

Scoring instruments
I consider this my weakest assignment because it is still slightly difficult for me to see and understand rubrics as a whole. Just recently, I am beginning to develop more complete units, lesson plans and rubrics on all of my subjects, which has been useful but challenging as well. And I keep encountering the challenge of developing rubrics. We as a group could have performed better in this situation. As for me, I consider it crucial, in the future, to pay a lot of attention to details and relate dimensions and descriptors, understand each part of it and provide every formal evaluation, a valid, functional, and reliable scoring instrument.

Reflection
I consider all of these assignments helpful for me as a future teacher. I learned a lot about how to make better tests and how to assess more fairly and accurately. It is crucial to provide better assessment situations for the students and constantly review their knowledge and progress to achieve their learning goals. And constantly assessing, especially in formative circumstances, is highly important to accomplish that. I feel more prepared after everything I learned, and I expect to incorporate this new knowledge into future learning experiences.
