Dear Sir/ Madam
 

We are writing this letter because we need to express our dissatisfaction with the increase of crime in the dark streets perpendicular to Los Carrera Avenue.

Due to this particular light problem, we were victims of mugging in the evening of September 1st near Mall del Centro at Ongolmo Street.

Through this letter we are requesting you to make these streets safer for the people by implementing more streets lights or by increasing the police officers in these places.

Here we attach a video recording of that event for you to see how violent Concepción is at night.
